Client is a highly regarded luxury retailer with a global presence, including brick-and-mortar stores in Hong Kong and China. With the emergence of new selling apps and the challenges posed by the pandemic, it's crucial to maintain a consistent level of service. We are implementing a selling pre-learning in a responsive format to prepare learner learning in advance, then designing a scenario-based learning assessment to enhance front-line selling skills and elevate customer service standards.

- A 4-week long learning course aims at facilitate a fundamental understanding of fashion
and styling for people who are interested in mix and match.
